Changes the fields you send (scope orders); omitted or null fields keep their value. externalStoreId or pickupInstructions "" clears it, defaultParcel: null drops it. A changed street, postal code or city without latitude and longitude places the store again from its address. Orders already placed keep their pickup; new quotes and orders use the change.
