Help us help you

Include these in your message and we can answer much faster:

• The X-Request-Id of the call. Every answer carries one, and every error body repeats it as error.requestId. You can also send your own X-Request-Id (up to 64 characters of A-Za-z0-9._-) to correlate with your logs.
• The order’s reference (DD-…) or id.
• Whether it happened in the sandbox or production.
• What you expected, and what you got instead (status and error.code).

Never send us API keys or webhook secrets, by email or otherwise. We never ask for them: a request id or order reference is enough.
